Photographer, Digital Artist, Sculptor

Growing up in South Jersey, I spent much of my youth performing as an instrumentalist for various musical artists. I found myself in many larger-than-life scenarios, and alongside many eclectic personalities. As I grew older, my interests spread into the realm of Photography and Digital Art — as I sought to articulate my perspective and realize my aesthetic imagination through multiple disciplines. My photography work features both film and digital methods, and my sculptural work features both material and 3D renderings.

Photographically, my work draws inspiration from mid-century Nouvelle Vague cinema. Through an embedded/reportage method, the majority of my photographs seek to combine Brutalist with Romanticist imagery in an effort to paint an imaginative narrative of our modern era. This work tells the story of it's subjects with mythos, and features characters with strong notions of identity. The effort is to capture the inherent archetypal beauty of my subjects. Combined with the mediums of video, sculpture, architecture, and animation, it is my ultimate goal to view art in the frame of immersion and world building — to construct a lore around natural and urban environments, and characters.
